Many of my clients require tax planning assistance to avoid or reduce federal estate taxes and Indiana inheritance taxes. I also prepare premarital (prenuptial) agreements, and I work with many couples in second marriage situations to work through the special inheritance planning concerns in a mixed family. The exemption for federal estate taxes has been increased to $2,000,000. If your net worth (joint net worth for married couples) is less than $2,000,000 I offer the following fixed-fee estate plans. Single Living Trust — $750 Married Living Trust — $1200 Will with Trust for Minor Children and Guardian Appointment — $300 (single) $500 (couple)

Business Succession Planning: In my Indiana business law practice, I work with many families who own closely-held family businesses.
